Dr. Michael Karcher

Head of Market Management & Application Technology Kisling

Michael Karcher studied mechanical engineering at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology, finishing with a diploma degree in 2010. Afterwards he wrote his PhD at the Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical Technology (Fh ICT) about the development of a process for the manufacturing of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics CFRP.
In 2016 Michael joined Huntsman Advanced Materials and worked in different positions, starting as Global Technical Support Engineer in the field of Composites, followed by Business Development & Technical Sales for E-Mobility, Electronics and Adhesives.
In 2021 Michael Karcher joined Kisling AG as Market Manager and since 2022 he is leading the Market Management & Application Technology team.
